General

Custom Projects: ranges from 500 to 1000pcs (depending on your design)

Stock Orders: minimum is 100pcs.

We make various kind of bags, including travel bags,sports bag, backpacks, bicycle bags,beach bags, organizers, cooler bag,diaper bags, totes, and RPET bags,etc.. If you have a special idea, we can look at it on a case-by-case basis.

Normal delivery time is 35-40 days approval of printing layout or physical pre-production sample. It depends on the order quantity.

The material choices for the bags are: Polyester,Nylon,RPET, Tarpauline,Talson,PU leather,Cotton, Canvas, PET, non-woven PP,  PU, PVC and ect. All of these materials are recyclable and eco-friendly.

Yes. If you give us sample photos, the size you want, how you will use the bag, and your budget, we can suggest a design and materials, then move on with samples.

You can customize the fabric, lining, trims like zippers and buckles, branding, decoration, structure, features such as pockets or dividers, size, capacity, colors and packages.

Yes. For new product development and artwork files, we recommend signing an NDA before sampling begins.

We can replicate your sample, but we first review the materials, workmanship, and construction for feasibility. If any accessory is discontinued or restricted, we will suggest alternatives and explain any differences in advance.

Sampling & Development

Sampling usually takes 7 to 10 days, depending on complexity, material availability, and whether custom tooling is needed. For more complex styles, we will confirm a detailed schedule after reviewing your information.

Sample costs usually include pattern development labor, material costs, and workmanship complexity. For bulk orders, sample fees can be refund as agreed in your order confirmation.

If could, please provide reference photos or a sample, the target size, preferred materials, your logo file (AI or PDF), the expected order quantity, the target market, and any quality requirements, such as AQL or test items.

Bag pricing mainly depends on three factors: the cost of materials (especially special fabrics and brand-name zippers), the time required to make each bag (the number of sewing steps), and any special parts or tools we need to buy.

We optimize costs where it is safe, such as trim selection, process simplification, construction adjustments, and production-friendly engineering, instead of just lowering fabric weight or cutting corners.

Quality & Compliance

We can meet your standards by checking samples, defining defects, and ensuring packages pass drop tests. It’s important to agree on what counts as acceptable in your order before production starts.

We confirm several items before bulk production, including a pre-production sample, fabric and raw material approvals, color approvals, artwork placement, packaging requirements, and key measurements.

Yes. You can hire and send the third-party inspection company for checks before, between, or after production. We will help coordinate on-site support and provide the needed documents.

We can provide audit and compliance documents, such as BSCI, Sedex, or ISO, depending on what is available and your projects need.

We follow the quality system AQL2.5/4.0 very strictly,and control quality by raw material checking, half-checking on mass production,and final inspection before into outer carton.

Production & Lead Time

Bulk orders take 35–50 days, depending on size, season, material lead time, and complexity. We plan all steps from materials to shipping.

We make sure the main steps are ready early, like getting fabric and zippers, schedule time for printing or embroidery, assigning lines to produce, and setting up checks. We only promise what we can do.

Package,Logistics & Shipping

We offer options such as simple OPP poly bag, tags and labels, inside boxes, carton markings, moisture protection, and sorting by color or size. We can also follow the requirements for Amazon and stores.

We can send orders by ship, plane, express delivery, or train. We suggest the best approach for your time and budget, such as sending some part by air and most part by sea to get most competitive cost.

We can provide the packing list, invoice, and order confirmation. Material or test documents are available if needed and provided.

After-Sales & Warranty

We first assess responsibility against the agreed acceptance criteria (manufacturing, materials, shipping, or usage). If it’s a manufacturing-related issue, we will provide an actionable solution, such as rework, replacement, or a refund, based on the situation.

Yes. We keep reference samples and approvals to ensure reorder consistency.

Payment

We usually ask for a first payment and then the rest, or payments based on steps like samples, materials, making, or shipping. All payment details are in the contract or order form.

And It’s T/T payment for bulk orders.
